Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and modern, the service was exceptional, and the location was convenient. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient access to the main shopping street and the bus stop to Centro. Getting to and from the airport by Metro is easy, and there are options for unlicensed transport as well. The service provided, including the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, was excellent. However, the dining experience with exotic fruits was a bit lacking in variety, and the cost may not align with value for money expectations.
This hotel is a real gem! The rooms are lovely, there's an awesome airport shuttle available, and the location is just perfect. On the downside, the dining is a bit lacking in variety, and the facilities are not the newest.
